Based on the results of previous researches, psychological empowerment is one of the factors that can play a role in the educational process of school principals and teachers, hence its effectiveness on the personal flourishing and flow at work of school principals and teachers has been neglected. Therefore, the aim of the current research was the effect of psychological empowerment educational intervention on personal flourishing and flow at work of school administrators and teachers. The current study was applied in a simulation method with a pre-test-post-test design and a one-month follow-up with a control group. The purpose of this research was to apply a quasi-experimental study with a pre-test-post-test design and a one-month follow-up with a control group. The statistical population included all principals and teachers of primary schools in Dehdasht city in the academic year 2024. 30 people from this community were selected by available sampling method and with the help of G Power 3 sample size software, and they completed Baker's (2008) flow at work and Soleimani et al.'s (2015) personal flourishing questionnaires. Descriptive and inferential statistics methods including repeated measurement variance analysis were used to analyze the data using SPSSV19 software.
