In recent years, the concept of positive psychology has attracted the attention of psychologists, so that the movement also spread to the field of management and organizational behavior. Since today's organizations place great emphasis on knowledge resources rather than financial resources, this study exploring the impact of psychological capital on intellectual capital through social capital. Hence, this study examines the impact of Psychological capital on Intellectual capital through Social capital. Statistical population in this study was all employees of the Department of Education in Tehran in 1395. 214 people were selected according to the latest statistics of the total of 480 persons was estimated based on Morgan table and using simple random sampling. The study was a descriptive survey and questionnaires were used to collect data. Data has been analyzed by structural equation modeling. Results showed that psychological capital has a positive and significant impact on intellectual capital and social capital. Also, social capital has a positive and significant impact on intellectual capital. Finally, the indirect impact of Psychological Capital on Intellectual Capital through Social Capital was confirmed.

The purpose of the study was investigation to relationship between job overload and emotional exhaustion with the mediating role of emotional intelligence. The statistical population were the employees of the Northwest Khorasan Regional Water Company was 100 people, 80 of whom were randomly selected as the sample based on the Kerjesi-Morgan table. Data were collected by the Petrides and Farnham emotional intelligence questionnaire (2000), job overload questionnaire of University of Michigan (1969) and the Maslach and Jackson (1981) emotional exhaustion questionnaire. The findings were analyzed by SPSS 21 and PLS software. The findings showed there is no significant relationship between job overload and emotional exhaustion with the mediating role of emotional intelligence among employees of Northwest Regional Water Company in North Khorasan (P> 0.05). The sub-findings showed there was no significant relationship between job overload and emotional exhaustion. There was no relationship between emotional intelligence and emotional exhaustion and there was no significant relationship between emotional intelligence and role-related emotional intelligence. There was no significant difference between emotional intelligence based on gender. Also, there was no significant difference between gender role and gender, but there was a significant difference between emotional exhaustion based on gender of employees.

Today, customers increasingly go to the Internet to search, evaluate, buy, and in some cases use virtual products. This consumers and online consumers’ demand forces companies to manage their customers better and pay more attention to their demands. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Electronic sale on online consumer’s behavior of RighTel Company. The present research is descriptive in terms of research method and in terms of purpose is an applied type. The statistical population of this study is the students of Islamic Azad University of Naragh Branch. According to the Cochran formula, the size of the unlimited society is 171 people. Sampling method is available random. In order to collect data, have been used two Standard questionnaires for consumer behavior of Lerman (2006) with 6 items and Hamdan (2004) e-commerce standard questionnaire with 10 items. Data analysis method is regression. The results of this study indicate that e-commerce has a direct impact on consumer behavior and its dimensions (customer satisfaction, trust, loyalty, positive politeness and negative politeness).

The purpose of this research, provide an innovative organizational climate model and a job enthusiasm for organizational entrepreneurship. The statistical population of the study consisted of 261 employees of Kermanshah Sports and youth department who were selected by random sampling. To achieve research goals from the questionnaire innovative organizational climate Amabile (1996), Salano & Shofliy's Job Excitement (2010) and organizational entrepreneurship Antonik & Heisrich (2001) was used. To assess the normality of the data from kurtosis and skewness test and also to investigate the hypothesis model of structural equation modeling was used.The findings of the research indicated that the path coefficient between innovative organizational climate and organizational entrepreneurship equal to 0.29 between the innovative organizational climate job enthusiasm equal to 0.87 and job enthusiasm and organizational entrepreneurship was 0/68 therefore, all hypotheses were confirmed. Organizational Entrepreneurship the phenomenon is pseudo-multidimensional And Affected by various factors, So Institutionalizing and applying it to organizations It requires a realistic and long-term approach.

Organizational health as an indicator of organizational effectiveness and survival of the organization on the path to sustainable growth and development can help. Any move towards infrastructure development and organizational change, process improvement work in organizations, recognizing the current situation, identification of strengths and weaknesses and then design programs to improve things is measured. Of course, good leadership and management styles can have a significant impact on the establishment of health indicators. The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between leadership style and organizational health with age characteristics, employment history and education in the northern city of Rasht. The instrument used in this study was a questionnaire which its validity by a group of professionals and experts in the field and its reliability was calculated using Cronbach's alpha. Data analysis software tool was SPSS. The results show a significant positive relationship between the style of autocratic, consultative and participatory organizational health and lack of statistically significant relationship between leadership style and organizational health is good.
