Submission Process and Regulations

  • In order to create geographical and organizational diversity of authors, one article from each researcher will be published as the first author or corresponding author. There is no limit to publishing more articles as a co-author.
  • Articles must be submitted solely through the journal's electronic system.
  • To submit an article, authors must first visit the registration page on the website. After registration, the article should be submitted through the user login page. Instructions for uploading and submitting the article are provided on the same page.
  • Article submission should be done solely by the responsible author.
  • The journal cannot accept articles whose authors are solely students. At least one of the authors must hold a doctoral degree or be a faculty member.
  • If the article is extracted from a doctoral dissertation or master's thesis, this should be clearly indicated when uploading the article to the system.
  • The originality of the article will be checked using similarity detection software. The maximum acceptable similarity percentage in such software is 15%.
  • Authors should refrain from excessive self-citation in the submitted article.
  • The entire or part of the article should not have been previously published in books, journals, or conferences.
  • Except in special cases, referencing secondary sources should be avoided.
  • Registering an ORCID code is mandatory for all respected authors. To do this, authors must visit https://orcid.org, register, and then enter their ORCID code in the author details section of the journal system.
  • Author details, including name, surname, academic rank/institution, department name, institution name, city, country, email address, ORCID identifier, telephone number, and address, should be included on a separate page. Therefore, the article is submitted anonymously in a WORD file format.
  • The names of the co-authors must be entered accurately. Any changes to the author list will only be considered upon submission of the revised manuscript with the approval of all authors and for justifiable reasons. The final decision will be at the discretion of the Editor-in-Chief.

  • The journal reserves the right to accept, reject, or edit the content of the article.
  • The responsibility for the content of the article lies with the authors.

 

Article Structure

  • The article consists of sections including title, abstract, keywords, introduction, theoretical framework, research methodology, findings, discussion, conclusion, acknowledgment, and conflict of interest.
  • The total word count of the article should not exceed 7000 words.
  • To better adhere to the journal's regulations in writing the article, the standard format of the journal should be received and the text should be written in it. The manuscript template format can be obtained from here.

Title

  • The article title should be clear, as short as possible, and focused on the main research topics. Avoid exaggeration in the title and refrain from using newspaper-style headlines.
  • The Persian title of the article should be written in B Titr font with a size of 20, and the English title should be written in bold Times New Roman font with a size of 18.

Abstract and Keywords

  • The abstract, in one continuous paragraph (150-250 words), should cover all the main points of the article such as objectives, questions, methods, results of analysis, and research findings.
  • After the abstract, keywords should be provided, with a maximum of six words or phrases.
  • Presenting the title, abstract, and keywords in English at the beginning of the article is mandatory.
  • The text of the English abstract and keywords should be in Times New Roman font, size 12, with bold headings. The Persian text of the abstract and keywords should be in B Zar font, size 12, with a bold abstract title and a size 14 bold keywords title.

Article Text

  • The article text includes the introduction, theoretical framework, research methodology, findings, discussion, and conclusion. These sections should be typed in Persian using B Lotus font with a size of 13 in Microsoft Word. The main titles should be written in bold B Mitra font with a size of 18, and the subheadings should be in size 16.
  • If necessary, the Latin equivalents of names and important concepts should be provided in footnotes on each page.
  • Tables, figures, and charts should be numbered separately. Proper references to these numbers should be made within the text. The table title should be above it, and the figure and chart title should be below it, written in bold B Lotus font with a size of 11. The font size inside the tables should be 12 and in Persian using B Mitra font. The first row of the table, which represents column titles, should be in bold font. 
  • Explanations indirectly related to the subject should be placed in footnotes. Persian footnotes should be written in B Nazanin font, and English footnotes should be in Times New Roman font, size 10.
  • Care should be taken to meticulously observe the rules of Persian grammar in writing the article, and the article should be free of spelling errors. A half-space should be used in compound words. The half-space should be created using the Ctrl+Shift+2 keys. When writing the sections of the article, the following points should be observed:

1. Introduction

  • The introduction section should include defining the topic or problem, stating its necessity and importance, mentioning the research gap, and organizing the article.

2. Literature review

  • Comprehensive and relevant theoretical discussions related to the title should be mentioned.
  • At least 60% of the used sources should be from the last 5 years.
  • If necessary, a conceptual framework or theoretical model should be presented.
  • If there is a hypothesis, the necessary theoretical or scientific basis for justifying each hypothesis should be mentioned.
  • English references inside the text should be written in English.
  • The empirical background of the research should be accompanied by its critique and the innovation of the current research should be mentioned.

3. Research Method

  • Adequate explanations regarding the type and method of research, population and sample, data collection tools, and the relevance, validity, and reliability of the data analysis should be provided.

4. Findings

  • The findings resulting from data analysis should be presented in line with the type of analysis.

5. Discussion and Conclusion

  • A summary of the findings should be provided, comparing them with similar research, analyzing similarities or differences. The main conclusion should be stated and interpreted. Practical recommendations should be presented, along with research limitations and suggestions for future research.

Acknowledgments

  • Expressions of gratitude should be made to individuals and organizations that have contributed to the preparation of the article. Font and word size in this section should comply with the standard of the article text.

Conflict of Interest

  • Any conflicts of interest involved in publishing the article, such as receiving payment for writing the article, should be mentioned. Otherwise, it should be stated that there are no conflicts of interest in publishing this article.

 

Rules for writing citations and references

Citations

  • For writing citations within the text, immediately after the content, the following specifications should be placed in parentheses: (Author's Last Name/Names, Year of Publication). If the number of authors is three or more, after mentioning the first name, the phrase "et al." should be written, or in English cases, "et al.," should be mentioned.
  • If the quotation is direct, the page number should also be written after the year of publication.
  • If there are multiple references in the text, a semicolon should be used between the information of each reference.
  • English citations within the text must be written in English letters, and there is no need for English footnotes like (Wilson, 2019), unless the author's name is mentioned as part of the sentence and, for example, with a subject role.
  • Persian citations within the text of the article should be written in font size 13, and English citations should be written in Times New Roman font and size 11.

References

  • The list of references should be arranged in APA format and in alphabetical order. Avoid mentioning sources that have not been referred to in the text, and vice versa.
  • The list of references should be arranged alphabetically, according to the author's last name.
  • All author names should be inverted, separated by commas (,), and an ampersand (&) should be used for the last two authors.
  • Persian references should be written in B Lotus font and size 11, and English references should be written in Times New Roman font and size 10.
  • The title of the book or journal should be written in italics.

Submission of Required Forms

  • Please download and submit the conflict of interest form and the decleration of originality form along with the article manuscript in the system.

Submission of Revised and Final Article

  • All revisions in the article text should be marked with a different color.
  • In the cover letter to the editor, reviewers' comments should be separated into a table with two columns, and a description of the revisions made and the necessary response should be written in the second column.
  • Upon initial approval of the article, an extended English abstract of 700 to 800 words should be prepared and submitted, including the following sections:

        - Purpose

        - Design/Methodology/Approach

        - Findings

        - Discussion and Conclusion

  • All Persian references should be translated into English and included in both the Persian and English sections, and at the end of each, the phrase "(In Persian)" should be added.
  • DOI of the references should be provided if available.
  • Citations in the article should be hyperlinked to references. Get instructions for hyperlinking citations from here.

 

Article Publication Fee

  • This journal charges authors a fee of six million rials to cover part of the costs of peer review, editing, and publication of articles. It should be noted that this fee will only be charged after the article has been peer-reviewed and accepted for publication, and there is no need for authors to pay any fee for the initial review of the article.
