About Journal

Psychological Researches in Management is an open access double-blind peer-reviewed publication which is published by Hazrat-E Masoumeh University.  This journal is a quarterly publication, which publishes original research papers on journal scope.  This journal follows the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) and complies with the highest ethical standards by ethical laws. All submitted manuscripts are checked for similarity through Samim Noor and Hamyab software to ensure their authenticity and then rigorously peer-reviewed by expert reviewers. 

To develop activities in interdisciplinary fields and consider the special importance of behavioral and psychological issues in the success of the organization, in other words, considering the irreplaceable importance of the human factor, the Journal of Psychological Researches in Management strives to promote the position of behavioral and psychological research in management science. To promote and expand the articles that are related to the understanding of human psychology and behavior in the framework of the organization. By correctly understanding the black box of the human psyche, it is possible to develop effective plans to improve the performance of the organization. The publication of research results in this field to increase the level of theoretical and practical knowledge of those interested in behavioral sciences and management as well as the trustees of organizations will be one of the achievements of this scientific journal. The journal is published based on license 93/30687 of the Ministry of Culture and Islamic Guidance and is indexed by the Islamic World Science & Technology Monitoring and Citation Institute (ISC) by letter No. 1402/992 dated 03/06/2023. The journal, following certificate number 1401-20330 dated 17/01/2024 of the Ministry of Science, Research, and Technology, possesses scientific credibility, which commences from the autumn and winter issue of 2023.

Note: From March 2024, the sequence period of the journal is changed from semiannually to quarterly.


Financial Policies

Revenue Sources and Article Processing Charges

As  Hazrat-E Masoumeh University has supported all of the publishing costs of Psychological Researches in Management, the article processing charges and any other publication fees in the journal are 6000000 Rials (6 million IRR) for authors. 

 
Subscription Fee

Psychological Researches in Management publishes as an open-access electronic journal, so there is no subscription fee for audiences.

Journal of Psychological Researches in Management is a fully open-access journal, which means that all articles are available on the Web to all users immediately upon publication. Psychological Researches in Management is licensed under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution License 4.0 International (CC-BY 4.0). In this journal and Under an open-access license, authors retain ownership of the copyright for their content but allow anyone to download, reuse, reprint, modify, distribute, and/or copy the content as long as the original authors and source are cited properly. In this journal, the authors retain the copyright and full publishing rights without restrictions.
