Abstract
The purpose of present study was identifying the effectiveness leadership style and organizational commitment with Mediation of organizational justice Managers schools Amol.The research method was descriptive Structural Equation Model. The statistical population was the persons of Managers schools Amol. Among them selected 120 students as sample according to Cochran formula and multi cluster sampling.
