The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between behavioral bias and life cycle with the working capital management of firms accepted in Tehran Stock Exchange. The study of behavioral bias was done through a questionnaire and a review of working capital management and firm life cycle by the financial statements of sample companies. The research period is 2015 and the selected sample consists of 70 companies. To investigate the research hypotheses, ANOVA test was used in SPSS software and ordinary least squares method and cross-sectional method in EViews software. Findings showed that there is a significant difference between management of working capital in different stages of firm life cycle. Investigating the relationship between behavioral biases also showed that excessive reliability, access, passive behavior, and harmful effects have a positive and significant effect on the management of working capital and the relationship between postural errors, randomness, and goodness, and pess mism with working capital management, although positive, is not meaningful.

Burnout is one of the effective factors in reducing efficiency, loss of manpower and creating physical and psychological complications of organizational employees. Considering the importance of the role of human resources in each organization, this study has been conducted with the aim of explaining the burnout of employees and managers of Shiraz Tax Administration based on the tendency towards bureaucracy and power resources. The research method is descriptive-regression correlation and quantitative. The statistical population of the present study consists of all employees and managers of the Tax Affairs Department of Shiraz and 120 people are considered as the number of statistical samples. For data collection, three standard questionnaires of burnout, Maslash (1981), Dobrin Bureaucracy Tendency Questionnaire (1987) and Sharachim and Hinckin (1989) Power Resources Questionnaire were used. The results of the present study indicate that there is a negative and inverse relationship between bureaucracy tendency index and burnout and also organizational power sources cannot explain burnout. The analysis showed that the methods of evaluating human resources in the organization play a key role in mitigating the stresses experienced in the workplace. Therefore, the movement of the organization towards bureaucracy and optimal distribution of power, can be effective in reducing the burnout of employees and managers of the tax administration of Shiraz and increase the quality of services and productivity of the organization.

Application of leadership styles in accordance to the employees' characteristics can have an impressive impact on their psychological empowerment. The main purpose of the present research was to investigate analyses the relationship among leadership styles (transformational, transactional, and laissez-faire) with psychological empowerment of employees. The statistical population of this study was included 1418 no's of Agricultural Jihad Organization experts in Kerman Province which 306 experts were selected as a sample using Krejcie and Morgan sample size table and stratified random sampling method. The research tool was a questionnaire. This study is an applied research which was carried out using survey technique. The data were analyzed using SPSS22 statistical package. The results revealed that transformational and transactional leadership styles positively and significantly impacted the mental empowerment of agricultural experts. While, the laissez-faire leadership style had negative and significant impact on experts mental empowerment. Furthermore, the results demonstrated that three leadership styles (transformational, transactional, and laissez-faire) can account for 60.6 percent of variance in mental empowerment of Agricultural Jihad Organization experts in Kerman Province.

Many believe that the purpose of life can be summarized in the concept of achieving happiness. Based on the principles of western development(material view) as far as the concept of joy in life, and is considered essential. In recent years Happy Planet Index (HPI) for measurement and ranking of development in the country at the global level has been raised. Although Islamic religious principles and done a lot of attention to the topic of happiness but it seems that this approach is essential differences in lifestyle material. Therefore, it is appropriate explore the concept of happiness in Islam in order to better achieve to Happiness index, its attention to the spiritual dimensions of life. Therefore, the theoretical foundations of domestic happiness index was developed. Meanwhile, the index built on a small scale to determine their validity and reliability were also given. The results present a comparative analysis of domestic happiness index to measure happiness, Diener, Oxford and Satisfaction with Life Scale, Also the kind of validity and reliability of the index is built studied. The results of this research indicated that the happiness islamic index, developed in this research, can be studied the happiness concept, especially the other happiness index for respondents.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of consumer values on environmental concerns regarding the moderating role of trust in green products. The statistical population of the study consisted of citizens of Rasht who used green products at least one time as an example of Shadli and Sunich juicy. According to the unlimited population, 384 of them were selected through convenience non-probability sampling method. The data were collected using questionnaires of consumer values and environmental concerns Mohd Suki & Mohd Suki (2016) and a researcher-made questionnaire of trust in green products. Cronbach's alpha coefficient of each of the mentioned questionnaires were 0.912, 0.890, and 0.811, respectively, and their content and structure validity was confirmed. Structural equation modeling and Smart PLS were used to analyze the data. The results showed that, among the dimensions of consumer values, contingent, cognitive and social values have the highest impact on environmental concerns, respectively. But the impact of functional and emotional values on environmental concerns was not confirmed. It was also revealed that trust in green products moderates the relationship of functional, emotional, and cognitive values with environmental concerns, but it does not moderate the relationship of social and contingent values with environmental concerns

The purpose of this study was to investigate the role of cultural capital on job commitment of Tehran's 5th municipality staff in 2019. The present study is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive and analytical and descriptive-analytical in terms of data collection. Considering the time of data collection, this study is a cross-sectional study. The statistical population of this research is 520 employees of municipality 5 of Tehran. The sample size was determined using the Cochran formula for 273 employees. The method of this study is survey and semi-structured with questionnaires. Cronbach's alpha coefficient was 0.94 for cultural capital questionnaire and 0.9 for employee job commitment questionnaire. The results of this study show that there is a significant relationship between cultural capital and job commitment of District 5 municipal employees at 99% level. The positive sign of the correlation coefficient indicates that with the improvement of cultural capital indices, employees' job commitment increases. Also, there was a significant relationship between the three dimensions of cultural capital (objective dimension, embodied dimension, and institutionalized dimension) with the job commitment of Tehran Municipality District 5 employees. According to the results of this study, managers are advised to take a positive step towards improving the level of job commitment of employees by paying more attention to the dimensions and components of cultural capital in the organization.
