In today's world, employee participation in the organization is one of the important preconditions for organizational development. Factors cause employees to be less involved in expressing their views in organizations and to remain silent. The purpose of this study is to identify, prioritize and analyze the factors influencing organizational silence. For this purpose, according to the literacher review, a conceptual model to explain the relationships between research variables was evaluated. This research is descriptive-causal of survey type and applied in terms of purpose. The statistical population of the study consisted of all managers of the Ministry of Cooperative, Labor and Social Welfare at the highest, middle and executive levels, 206 of whom were based on the formula of estimating the mean of a quantitative trait (one sample) in descriptive studies for a limited community. Stratified sampling was selected and studied according to the sample size. The research tool was a researcher made questionnaire that was prepared from theoretical literature of research and interview with experts and its content validity was confirmed by a group of academic experts. Reliability of the research instrument was obtained by completing 30 questionnaires and calculating Cronbach Alpha (0/81). Due to the nature of the data, heuristic factor analysis technique was used in Spss/ Win 20 software. The results showed that the organizational-managerial, behavioral and communication-interactive components are the most important factors in explaining the factors affecting organizational silence, respectively.

Teachers are among the most important social assets of the education system and their mental health is more important than other social classes due to the strategic role it plays in students' mental health.Given the similarity of the goals of the education system and mental health, which both aim to build healthy, useful, efficient and happy human beings, the need for such studies and studies in education is considered important.With the understanding of the above necessity, the present study was conducted to investigate the status and level of mental health of high school teachers in Qom province so that by diagnosing the condition, steps can be taken to improve the level of health and, consequently, teachers' functions and effective training of students.The study population was applied research (descriptive-survey), all teachers and teachers of high schools in Qom province were 2800 people who were selected using random sampling method, a sample of 328 teachers of different educational levels. The instruments used to assess the level of mental health were Goldberg questionnaire and four dimensions and due to the normality of the data, one-sample t-test was used to test the hypotheses.The results show that 95.61% of high school teachers in the province are healthy and only 3.96% have been diagnosed as unhealthy. These results indicate the existence of high mental health among teachers. Meanwhile, similar to most previous studies, female teachers with an average mental health of 20.58 have better mental health than male teachers with an average of 17.47. In general, the results showed that mental health and dimensions of physical symptoms, anxiety and sleep disorders, social dysfunction and depression in high school teachers in Qom province are in good condition.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between organizational trust and knowledge sharing with innovative work behavior of employees. The research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive in terms of the type of research. The statistical population included all employees of the North Khorasan Social Security Organization (120 people) and a sample of 92 people were selected based on the Krejcie-Morgan table by available sampling method due to the prevalence of Corona virus. Data were collected by questionnaires confirmed the face and content validity of the professors and the reliability was estimated through Cronbach's alpha (0.89), (0.81) and (0.81), respectively. To analyze the data SPSS21 statistical software was used. The results showed that there is a significant relationship between organizational trust and knowledge sharing with innovative work behavior of employees (r = 0.509). As a result, it can be said that organizational trust and knowledge sharing in the organization are important strategies to increase innovative work behavior. By supporting employees and creating an atmosphere of trust and cooperation, managers can pave the way for innovative behaviors.

In the age of globalization and the rapid advancement of technology, human capital has been regarded as one of the most important assets of organizations. In fact, because the human resources of each organization - as the most important strategic resource in achieving organizational goals - play an important role and are the driving force of the organization, Their perceptions and attitudes to their jobs affect the life, efficiency and effectiveness of the organization. The general attitude of human beings to their work is the object of behavioral phenomena that are termed "job satisfaction" and "job satisfaction" in management books. In fact, job satisfaction is one of the most important factors in job success, as it results in increased job satisfaction and emotional well-being. The findings of organizational and management researchers indicate that in addition to organizational and environmental factors, individual factors also influence job satisfaction, some of which include emotional self-regulation. Therefore, the main purpose of this study was to predict job satisfaction based on emotional self-regulation among commercial Bank staff. The results showed that emotional self-regulation had the high share in predicting job satisfaction.

In general, the survival and development of any society depends on the efficiency and quality of education in that society. Every country needs motivated and efficient teachers as one of the pillars of education to be able to educate its youth. Develop its education system and prepare it for a better future. This study was conducted to investigate the self-efficacy status among high school teachers in Qom province. In this way, by recognizing the status of self-efficacy, steps can be taken to improve the level of teachers' functions. In this study, a questionnaire was used to assess the level of self-efficacy. The reliability and validity of the questionnaire were assessed through content validity and Cronbach's alpha calculation. The statistical population was high school teachers in Qom province that 328 people were selected as a sample based on Morgan table and random sampling method. The sample was analyzed and the results showed that the level of self-efficacy of teachers is at an appropriate level.
