Organizational Identification is one of the most challenging organizational issues. That's why a lot of attention has been paid to it in the literature on organizational behavior and management research. The purpose of the present study is to study the impact of the most recent leadership approach called authentic leadership on the Personal and Organizational Identification, Given the Mediatory Role of Psychological Capital. Research methodology is descriptive-correlational, and in terms of purpose, it is an applied study. Statistical population includes the employees of National Oil Products Distribution Company of Sistan and Baluchestan Province, out of which 165 individuals were selected through random sampling. Data collection tool includes the standard questionnaires of Avolio et al authentic leadership (2007), questionnaire of Luthans Psychological capital (2007), questionnaire of Cheek & Briggs Personal Identification (2013), questionnaire of Mael & Ashforth Organizational Identification (1992), whose content validity was confirmed by experts’ comments and its reliability was confirmed by Cronbach’s alpha. In this research, correlation test, regression test and structural equations model were used, and data were analyzed using LISREL and SPSS Software. Results indicated that authentic leadership directly and indirectly affects Personal and Organizational Identification through psychological capital. Also, the psychological capital, as a mediator variable, is relatively effective in the relationship between authentic leadership and Psychological capital and Organizational Identification.

Background: The aim of this study was to investigate the role of psychological empowerment mediating the relationship between personality characteristics and job performance of Kermanshah Province Gas Company. Methods: 350 Total number of sampling were selected. Data from the Big Five personality scale neo-scale job performance and mental function questionnaire was collected. To validate the collected questionnaires, the methods of descriptive statistics, regression and correlation analysis, path analysis was used. results: According to the results, we can say that among personality characteristics only personality trait of responsibility can predict job performance. Conclusion: psychological empowerment in addition to the organizational benefits, has benefits for employees as well. Employees who see themselves as powerful, report less conflict and role ambiguity and also report more control over their environment. Therefore, it is recommended that managers of enterprises and institutions pay more attention to psychological empowerment to promote job performance.

Moral identity in formation of appropriate behavior of the employee is extremely important. So many bankruptcies and scandals are due to the lack of ethics in organizations. And this has led to the interest of market participants and researchers to the subject of moral identity employees. Therefore, understanding the factors influencing moral identity can be useful and effective. The aim of this study was to investigate the role of psychological empowerment and its antecedents (high performance work systems and power-sharing) on moral identity of The Zamyad Co. The population of research consist of 150 managers and specialists of engineering and quality control sections, The random sampling method was employed and according to Morgan table 108 samples were selected. A combined and standard questionnaire was used as data collection tool, Spritzer(1995) psychological empowerment questionnaire, Chen et al (2014) Questionnaire power-sharing, Aquino and Reed(2002) Moral identity questionnaire and Beltrán etal (2005) HPWS Questionnaire,which its validity was confirmed by faculty and its reliability was confirmed by Cronbach's alpha and combined reliability. Structural Equation Modeling with partial least squares method through Warp PLS software has been used as data analyzing. The results of this study showed that high performance work systems and power sharing has significant influence on psychological empowerment, and psychological empowerment has significant influence on moral identity.

Today, successful organizations need employees who have high psychological health. Clearly, structural empowerment are one of the factors that plays an important role in this process. In this study, we have tried to examine impact of structural empowerment on job distress as a measure of employee's psychological health. This study is an applied research, and according to objectives, it ewmployes a descriptive/ Correlative approach. Statistical population of this study included all personnel of the Labor and Social affairs of Qom, and because of the limitation of the population all of them were selected as sample. The research data collection tools were two questionnaires: Kanter's (1977) structural empowerment Questionnaire, and Randolph and Blackburn's (1990) job distress Questionnaire. This questionnaires were used after determining reliability through Cronbach's alpha and Confirm the validity by several experts of in these fields of study. In this study, data obtained from questionnaires have been analyzed by Pearson correlation, liner regression, one sample t tests and Friedman. Findings indicated that all dimensions of structural empowerment include opportunity to learning, having support, access to resources and information, informal and formal power are effective on reducing job distress; and the personnel's structural empowerment and job distress status are at a moderate level.

The quality of any educational system ultimately depends on the quality of the teachers in that community, and no country can increase its teachers' level. It is important to pay attention to the competencies that teachers need to have.The present study aimed to investigate the relationship between professional competence and self-efficacy of primary school teachers in Mahmudabad city.The aim of this study is applied and the method of data collection is descriptive survey.The population consisted of 316 person (210 women and 106 men) who were primary school teachers in Mahmudabad city and based on the sample table-Morgan, 173 person (103 women and 70 men) were selected and sampling was done randomly. Measuring tool was a standard questionnaire for professional qualifications of teachers and teachers' self-efficacy questionnaire of Tschann and colleagues. Its validity was confirmed by supervisor and counselor. For the questionnaire professional qualifications of teachers mullaInejad (1391), 97/. Alpha reprted and for self-efficacy questionnaire Tschann and colleagues hosseinchari and colleagues (1389), 83 /. Alpha reported. To analyze the data the Kolmogorov-Smirnov, independent t-test, correlation analysis, stepwise regression and ANOVA test was used.The results showed that there is a significant relationship between the professional competence of teachers and elementary school teachers' self-efficacy.The results also showed that there is a significant positive relationship between teachers' professional competence, cognitive competence,emotional competence and skill competencies.

Attention to organizational citizenship behavior is effective in improving employees’ performance and quality of services in organizations. Due to higher job pressure among employees, it seems like evaluating the effects of Emotional intelligence training on organizational citizenship behavior among employees is important. The project aims to study the effect of Emotional intelligence trainning on organizational citizenship behavior in elementary teachers.Research method was semi- experimental study with pre/post test and a control group design. Statistical population includes all female teachers of elementary teachers.The sampling process conducted with random method of stage cluster sampling.30 teachers were chosen as sample size and were assigned to experimental and control groups randomly. The research tools were Hoy and palo's OBC questionnaire and emotional intelligence training protocol. The validity and Reliabiliting of the questionnaire was acceptable. Descriptive statistical indexes and analysis of covariancetest were applied orderly to data description and testing of research hypotheses.The analysis results showed that the instruction of emotional intelligence has effect on organizational citizenship behavior and altruism, conscientiousness, courtesy, sportsmanship and civic virtue. instruction of emotional intelligence enhanced organizational citizenship behavior and altruism, conscientiousness, courtesy, sportsmanship and civic virtue.
