The aim of this study is to investigate the relationship between psychological capital and citizens' behavior and the moderating effect of job characteristics on their relationship. For the purpose of this study with a cross-correlation approach, the sample of 100 people randomly selected from the community of 241 Hormozgan University employees and a combined questionnaires (including three questionnaires, Luthans, Oregon and Kanvsky, Hackman and Oldham) with Cronbach's alpha coefficient (up to 70 percent) were distributed among them. Finally, to analyze the data obtained from questionnaires the designed model with PLS, regression model, ANOVA test, Pearson correlation coefficient and independent T-test were used. The results showed a positive relationship between psychological capital and the behavior of citizens and the positive impact of job characteristics on the strength of this relationship, confirming all research hypotheses except the first hypothesis and indicated the lack of a significant relationship between age, gender and citizenship behavior (OCB). According to the results, more attention to the psychological capital, job characteristics and personality and devolve job with respect to the spirit of the work and the staff's favorites level and also holding educational seminars to increase citizenship behavior are suggested

Understanding burnout among teachers is particularly important, because it has significant implications not only for teacher motivation, job satisfaction, health and longevity, but also for student behaviour and learning. Therefore, the aim of present study was to investigate the relationship between transdiagnostic factors, general anxiety disorder's symptoms and burnout in teachers. For this purpose, in a descriptive-correlational study, 250 teachers of elementary and middle schools in the city of Neyshabur were selected by random stratified sampling. The participants completed generalized anxiety disorder 7-item scale (2006), Penn state worry questionnaire (1990), intolerance of uncertainty scale (1994), metacognition questionnaire (2004), cognitive avoidance questionnaire (2008), acceptance and action questionnaire (2011), cognitive emotion regulation questionnaire (2006) and Maslach burnout inventory (1981). Data were analyzed by Lisrel and SPSS22 software, using structural equation modeling. The results of this study showed that proposed model has an acceptable fit with the data. In addition, result showed that higher transdiagnostic factors (cognitive avoidance, intolerance of uncertainty, negative belief about worry, experiential avoidance and cognitive emotion regulation strategies) predicted higher general anxiety disorder, which, in turn, predicted higher burnout in teachers. In sum, results of this study emphasize the importance of relationship between transdiagnostic factors and general anxiety disorder's symptoms in teacher’s burnout

The method of this study, according to its purpose is an applied research and due to data collection, is a descriptive research of correlational-causative one. The study population is a selection among Ahvaz governmental organizations' staff and regarding limited population formula a sample size of 326 people have been selected. For data collection and measurement of variables a questionnaire was used. In order to analyze data and test hypotheses Pearson correlation coefficient using SPSS software and structural equation modeling using AMOS software were utilized. The results showed that organizational silence has a significant and positive impact on bullying employees, organizational silence has also positive and significant impact on bullying. The results of this study did not verified bullying impact on the willingness of employees to turnover. However, its mediating role between organizational silence and bullying was significant.

The reliability and validity of the calculation of alpha, Composite reliability and Average variance extracted and validity of the questionnaire was evaluated and endorsed by professors and experts familiar with the issue. Partial Least Squares test study was conducted using Smart PLS software. The results showed that organizational climate has impact on social and human capital impact and social capital also affects the human capital.
