For statistical analysis of data, Spss 22 statistical software and single and multiple analysis of variance test were used and a significant level (P <0.05) was considered. The results of statistical analysis of data showed that there is a difference between tolerance of ambiguity in introverted and extroverted employees. There is a difference between overwork addiction in introverted and extroverted employees. There is a difference between early maladaptive schemas in introverted and extroverted employees.
