The abandonment of service from the organization's employees can be highly competitive, especially when experienced employees and high - ranking employees have their skills and capabilities.it is important to identify the effective factors that can reduce the willingness to leave the job. The present study is a questionnaire in terms of the purpose of the applied research in terms of the purpose of descriptive research, in terms of the nature of ali and in terms of data collection methods. The statistical population of this study includes employees of University of guilan. In order to test the hypotheses, structural equation modeling method was used using Smart PLS software. According to data analysis, the research findings showed that the climate of service delivery and psychological capital has a positive and significant effect on job aspiration. Also, job satisfaction on job satisfaction has a positive and meaningful effect on the willingness to leave services. Job satisfaction also affects the desire to leave the service negatively and significantly. The mediation of job satisfaction and job satisfaction was also confirmed. Organizations can significantly reduce the willingness to leave service by strengthening factors affecting job desire, including service climate and psychological capital.

Psychological capital includes hope , resilience, optimism and self-efficacy as part of positive psychology, which has been considered in recent years and relies on the strengths of individuals to help improve their individual and organizational performance.On the other hand, perfectionism, which is the setting of precise criteria for achieving goals, according to its positive and negative dimensions, can be beneficial or destructive in a person's performance. The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between psychological capital and positive and negative perfectionism. The statistical societyof this research includes all female students of Allameh Tabatabai University.The sample of this research is 200 people who have been selected by convenience sampling. The research tools are Lutans Psychological Capital Questionnaire and Frost Perfectionism Questionnaire.Information obtained from questionnaires with correlationhas been analyzed by Pearson correlation. The results showed that there is a significant relationship between research variables(psychological capital and perfectionism)and there is a positive relationship between positive perfectionism and psychological capital and a negative relationship between negative perfectionism and psychological capital so that with increasing positive perfectionism, psychological capital increases and with increasing negative perfectionism psychological capital decreases and viceversa.

The purpose of this study was to explain the relationship between social identity and job self-efficacy with the mediating role of emotional intelligence. The research was applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-correlational in terms of method. The statistical population included 240 preschool teachers in Bojnourd. According to Krejcie-Morgan table, 148 people were selected by stratified random sampling. Data collection tools were Saffarinia and Roshan Social Identity Questionnaire (2011), Schering Emotional Intelligence Questionnaire (1996) and Riggs & Knight (1994) Job Self-Efficacy Questionnaire. The face and content validity of the tools were confirmed by experts. To analyze the data using SPSS 21 and PLS software. Results showed that there is a positive and significant relationship between social identity and job self-efficacy (path coefficient 0.315). Also, a positive and significant relationship was found between the components of emotional intelligence and job self-efficacy, with the exception of the component of social awareness (path coefficient 0.303). There is a positive and significant relationship between social identity and emotional intelligence (path coefficient 0.548). Due to the positive and significant relationships between the variables, the mediating role of emotional intelligence was confirmed.

Islamic work ethic approaches and happiness in the workplace help employees to identify and take advantage of opportunities in the organizational environment. The main purpose of this study is to investigate the mediating role of organizational commitment in the relationship between Islamic work ethic and happiness in the workplace with job performance. This study is applied in terms of purpose and in terms of nature and descriptive-causal method and is of survey type. The statistical population of the study was all managers and employees of the Department of Industry, Mines and Trade of Yazd Province, including 210 people, of whom 200 answered the questionnaires. Data analysis was performed by structural equation modeling with Smart PLS3 software. The results show that all paths and hypotheses were confirmed and happiness in the workplace has the greatest impact on organizational commitment. The findings also showed that Islamic work ethic and happiness in the workplace serve human growth and excellence and play an important role in increasing organizational commitment and job performance of managers and employees in organizations.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of emotional intelligence on increasing sales of kashavarzi bank in Shahrekord. This research is a descriptive-correlational one in terms of purpose of the research and in terms of data collection. The statistical population of this study was the employees of Agricultural Bank of Shahrekord city. In this study, library studies were used to complete the theoretical foundations. To collect data and information on emotional intelligence, the standard questionnaire of emotional intelligence Goleman (2001) and to collect data and information on increasing sales of banking services was used questionnaire Ali Panah (1396) was used. The validity of the questionnaires was confirmed by the supervisor and several subject matter experts. The reliability coefficients of both questionnaires were estimated 0.837 and 0.763 respectively using Cronbach's alpha coefficient.In this study SPSS software was used for data analysis. The results showed that emotional intelligence had a significant effect on increasing sales of agricultural bank services (C.R ≥ 1.96 and P ≤ 0.05).

Considering that the type of common behaviors in the administrative system can largely determine the performance of organizations and knowing the frequency and importance of undesirable behaviors can help managers in better planning to manage these behaviors, this study, It has been done with the aim of identifying and prioritizing the undesirable behaviors of employees in government organizations. In the qualitative section, a list of undesirable behaviors was identified by reviewing the research literature and interviewing experts. Then, a questionnaire consisting of identified behaviors was designed. SPSS software was used to analyze the data. In terms of the frequency of undesirable behaviors, discrimination in the appointment or selection of employees for higher positions, Band formation, abuse of information rent, silence in the face of deviations and violations, doing personal work in the workplace, personal use of organizational facility, backstabbing, are at the top of the table and in terms of the importance of behaviors from the perspective of employees, irresponsibility to work, carelessness in Doing work, stealing the organization's property, dealing inappropriately with a client, being late for work, working slowly, using drugs, not being instructed by a superior, are the most important of these behaviors.
