Abstract

Considering that the type of common behaviors in the administrative system can largely determine the performance of organizations and knowing the frequency and importance of undesirable behaviors can help managers in better planning to manage these behaviors, this study, It has been done with the aim of identifying and prioritizing the undesirable behaviors of employees in government organizations. In the qualitative section, a list of undesirable behaviors was identified by reviewing the research literature and interviewing experts. Then, a questionnaire consisting of identified behaviors was designed. SPSS software was used to analyze the data. In terms of the frequency of undesirable behaviors, discrimination in the appointment or selection of employees for higher positions, Band formation, abuse of information rent, silence in the face of deviations and violations, doing personal work in the workplace, personal use of organizational facility, backstabbing, are at the top of the table and in terms of the importance of behaviors from the perspective of employees, irresponsibility to work, carelessness in Doing work, stealing the organization's property, dealing inappropriately with a client, being late for work, working slowly, using drugs, not being instructed by a superior, are the most important of these behaviors.
