Abstract

Nowadays, organizations' focus to utilizing novel methods of management to overcome environmental pressure and improving organizational efficiency of is more dominant. Current research is aimed to examine relationship of quantum management as the one of the new management styles , with employees empowerment with focus on moderator role of internal motivation. Current study is applicable type and was utilized descriptive-correlation method with constructive equivalent modeling. The statistical society of research are employees of Marivan municipality which examined by census 110 persons to collecting data, researcher-made questionnaire of quantum management , authentic empowerment questionnaire of Spreitzer and authentic internal motivation questionnaire of Amabile and colleagues were used. The authenticity of questionnaire was approved by content validity method and reliability of questionnaire were examined by Cronbach's Alpha. Results showed there is a positive relationship with quantum management enriching employees and internal motivation. Also, there was a direct relationship between internal motivation and employees empowerment. In addition, result shows internal motivation variable moderates quantum management with employees empowerment relationship.
