Managers use of strategic intelligence improves teachers job performance and improving job performance as an important goal in education requires measures such as psychological empowerment of teachers.The purpose of the present research was to study the relationship between managers' strategic intelligence and psychological empowerment with female high school teachers' job performance in of education organization.Research method was descriptive-Corellation, statistical population included all female high school teachers in of Education Organization of Zahedan whose number was tantamount to 700 subjects. Morgan table was used for determining the sample size and 260 subjects were selected through simple stratified random sampling. McCoby's questionnaire of Strategic Intelligence (2015), Spritzer's questionnaire of psychological empowerment (1995) and Mirkamali & Karami's questionnaire of job performance (1395) were used for data collection, content validity was confirmed by the experts and the dependability of the questionnaires were calculated through Cronbach's alpha as 0.75, 0.79 and 0.72 SPSS23 were used for data analysis. The findings of the research suggested that there is a significant relationship between managers' strategic intelligence and psychological empowerment with female high school teachers job performance in district 2 of Zahedan Education Organization. There was also a relationship between the components of strategic intelligence and psychological empowerment with the components of job performance.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between strategic human resource management and organizational learning ability with the performance of employees. The study was applied in terms of purpose and correlational in terms of descriptive-analytical research. The statistical population includes all the employees of North Khorasan Power Distribution Company 191 people and the sample according to Cochran's formula is 127 people and the stratified random sampling method. Research data were collected by three questionnaires of strategic human resource management of Hong and Chang (2005), organizational learning capability of Gomez et al. (2005) and Hershey and Smith (1981) performance. The validity of the questionnaires was content that was approved by professors and experts. To analyze the findings in the inferential statistics section, to analyze the data and generalize the results, Pearson correlation coefficient and regression tests were used using SPSS21 statistical software. The results showed that there is a significant relationship between strategic human resource management and organizational learning capability with the performance of employees of North Khorasan Power Distribution Company (r = 0.789). The results of multivariate regression also showed that strategic human resource management (0.666) and organizational learning capability (0.166) predict employee performance.

Today, the concept of a brand online community is tied to social media. Social media is an ideal environment for creating brand communities. The online brand community, using these emerging media, enables virtual interaction of fans and engagement, which will also have a significant impact on building brand loyalty. In terms of the purpose of the research is descriptive, in terms of research strategies, descriptive-analytical and correlational and in terms of data collection methods is a questionnaire. The present study was conducted among the users of the social network of Persepolis Sports Club. A total of 411 people participated in this study with the available techniques and the standard questionnaire was provided to them after confirmation of validity and reliability and after completion, for statistical analysis, LISREL software 8.58 and SPSS 20 were used The results show that the four characteristics of the online community of the brand "system quality, information quality, virtual interaction and reward" have a positive effect on people's engagement. Mediator variable analysis showed; The characteristics of the online brand community affect the brand loyalty through engagement. The managers of Persepolis Sports Club should increase the engagement of their fans by promoting the characteristics of the online brand community and create dialogue and bargaining in their online brand communities. In this way, it can make fans loyal to its brand.

Attention to financial anxiety and its management in recent years has been the focus of researchers in the field of mental health. Therefore on this basis the purpose of this study was the study effectiveness of financial narrative therapy on decreasing Isfahan city female employee's financial anxiety. This research is a semi-experimental research with pretest-posttest design with control group. The statistical population of this study included all female employees in Isfahan city in year of 2017 and 30 individual were selected by available sampling. They were randomly assigned to two groups in control group (15 persons) and experimental group (15 persons). To collect information, the Financial Anxiety Scale (Archuleta & et al., 2013) was analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics. The financial narrative therapy was applied to the experimental group in eight 90-minute sessions. Data were analyzed using SPSS 20 software and one-way covariance analysis (ANCOVA). The results showed that there was a significant difference between the mean post-test of the experimental and control groups in the variable of financial anxiety.

All the leading organizations in trying to discover the secret to attract and hire the valuable human capital and using them to improve their competitive advantages. This secret depends on knowing the values and factors influencing career choice of talents. The purpose of this study is identification and comparative investigation the factors encourage the Management students to choose a career. Research method is descriptive survey and questionnaire is data collection tool. The statistical population is Management students from University of Tehran and Sharif University of Technology have studied in Bachelor and Master of Arts. The data sample consisted of 443 Management students and was selected with stratified sampling. Results have shown the most important motivational factors influencing career choice of Management students are "a feeling of accomplishment and achievement, peaceful work environment, personal growth and development, career advancement, high income" and effects variables sex, marital status, education degree and work experience on motivational factors are relatively little.

In recent years, the concept of human resource productivity has become very important among researchers in the field of management and has been the basis for solving and interpreting many human resource issues in organizations. It is obvious that studying this phenomenon could be important to the development of the concept have an important effect. The aim of this study was to investigation The relationship between Human resources branding and organizational silence With organizational citizenship behavior. This is a applied and descriptive study and has been performed by survey method. The research population is municipal staff Shahindej and Miyandoab city. Given that the study population (N = 138) of the study was limited to municipal staff Shahindej and Miyandoab The sample is considered Society and simple sampling methods were used. The data was provided by a questionnaire, which was structured according to the research questions. The questionnaire based on Likert spectrum was used in order to collect information. Structural equations’ modeling was used to analyze research data with Smart-PLS software. Findings showed that there is a significant relationship between brand-based human resources, organizational silence and human resource productivity.
