The purpose of this study was to investigate the impact of transformational leadership on attitudes toward change through organizational innovation and organizational learning. The present study was applied in terms of purpose and correlational in terms of how to collect descriptive information. The statistical population of the present study consisted of all faculty members of Islamic Azad University, South Tehran Branch, 554. 226 people were selected through Cochran sampling formula as a sample through stratified sampling method appropriate to the volume. And structures were examined and after the necessary terms validity was confirmed and on the other hand the reliability of the questionnaires by Cronbach's alpha method to (0.93) and (0.81), (0.85) and (0.92) Data analysis was performed at the inferential level, including structural equation modeling. The research results showed that transformational leadership through organizational learning has a positive and significant effect on attitudes to change with a coefficient of this effect of 0.44 And through organizational innovation has a positive and significant effect on attitudes to change, the coefficient of this effect is 0.55 and also It has a direct positive effect on the attitude to change and the coefficient of this effect is 0.66.

Application of leadership styles in accordance to the employees' characteristics can have an impressive impact on their psychological empowerment. The main purpose of the present research was to investigate analyses the relationship among leadership styles (transformational, transactional, and laissez-faire) with psychological empowerment of employees. The statistical population of this study was included 1418 no's of Agricultural Jihad Organization experts in Kerman Province which 306 experts were selected as a sample using Krejcie and Morgan sample size table and stratified random sampling method. The research tool was a questionnaire. This study is an applied research which was carried out using survey technique. The data were analyzed using SPSS22 statistical package. The results revealed that transformational and transactional leadership styles positively and significantly impacted the mental empowerment of agricultural experts. While, the laissez-faire leadership style had negative and significant impact on experts mental empowerment. Furthermore, the results demonstrated that three leadership styles (transformational, transactional, and laissez-faire) can account for 60.6 percent of variance in mental empowerment of Agricultural Jihad Organization experts in Kerman Province.

The practice of growing job stress and burnout and the alienation of employees, demonstrated that managers and employees need to take leadership and strong leadership skills, this will be possible through the transformational leader in the organization. The purpose of this study is examainig the effect of transformational leadership on self-leadership and job burnout on the organization's staff. This research is applied objective and the descriptive method of data collection. The study sample, all the staff of the Office of Economic Affairs and Finance Kermanshah province, 112 people of which 87 were selected by Cochran statistical formula. In order to explain the relationship between the research variables it's was used of transformational leadership questionnaire Robin (2005), burnout Maslach (2002) and Houghton and Neck (2002), that its reliability through Cronbach's alpha and validity through the content validity were examined. Data analysis done with Structural equation modeling analysis software through Smart-PLS. The results showed that transformational leadership has significant positive impact on self-leadership and reduce on job burnout. While relation between idealized influence and individual Consideration components of transformational leaders hip on self-leadership was not confirmed.
