Human capital is the main and most important source of economic investment in the present age. This valuable capital is necessary to create a wide range of relationships based on trust or social capital. One way to promote social capital through human capital is to promote e-learning. The purpose of this article is to investigate the role of e-learning in promoting social capital through change in human capital. This applied research is a method except descriptive-survey research. The data of this research were collected by field method and through a questionnaire. The validity of this questionnaire was confirmed by professors and experts and its reliability was confirmed by Cronbach's alpha 0.88. The statistical population of the staff of the Martyr Foundation and Veterans Affairs in Semnan and Tehran provinces, of which 385 people were randomly selected as a sample. The collected data were analyzed using structural equation modeling technique based on LISREL software. The results of this study show that e-learning has increased human capital and this valuable capital has also increased trust-based relationships or social capital. E-learning also has a direct impact on social capital.

The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between social capital and deviant behaviors in the workplace, taking into account the role of toxic leadership in Isfahan province. The research method was applied in terms of purpose and in terms of data collection method, a descriptive-correlation type (structural equation modeling) was used. The statistical population of the present study was 416 people employed by the employees of Isfahan governorate who, through the Cochran sampling formula, 370 people were selected through simple random sampling method. The research tools were Nahapitogushal social capital questionnaire (1998) and Zoharigen Schmidt's Standard Leadership Questionnaire (2008) and Deviant Behavioral Questionnaire in Workplace Bennett & Robinson (2000). On the other hand, Cronbach's Alpha method was used for questionnaire management for 0.50 and 2.88, respectively. The questionnaire was 0.85 for devastating behaviors in the workplace, and data analysis was done at two descriptive levels And inferential statistics including Pearson correlation coefficient and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) .The results of the research showed that there is a significant negative relationship between social capital and deviant behavior in the workplace and there is a significant positive correlation between the toxic leadership venom and deviant behaviors in the workplace.

In recent years, the concept of positive psychology has attracted the attention of psychologists, so that the movement also spread to the field of management and organizational behavior. Since today's organizations place great emphasis on knowledge resources rather than financial resources, this study exploring the impact of psychological capital on intellectual capital through social capital. Hence, this study examines the impact of Psychological capital on Intellectual capital through Social capital. Statistical population in this study was all employees of the Department of Education in Tehran in 1395. 214 people were selected according to the latest statistics of the total of 480 persons was estimated based on Morgan table and using simple random sampling. The study was a descriptive survey and questionnaires were used to collect data. Data has been analyzed by structural equation modeling. Results showed that psychological capital has a positive and significant impact on intellectual capital and social capital. Also, social capital has a positive and significant impact on intellectual capital. Finally, the indirect impact of Psychological Capital on Intellectual Capital through Social Capital was confirmed.

Survival and development of any organization depends on good infrastructure for to create creativity in employees. However, in some organizations, employees believe their organization paid little attention to communication within the organization, use of creativity and organizational innovation. Through social capital can increase the commitment and efficiency of our employees and encourage them to creative and innovate. The aim of this study is to investigate the role of social capital dimensions in factors of affecting organizational creativity with emphasis on organizational commitment. This is an applied research and descriptive-correlation method has been implemented. The population of the study is to include all employees of the West Regional Electricity. Data was collected by questionnaires that its validity was confirmed by professors and experts and average variance extracted. To investigate the reliability Cronbach's alpha and composite reliability was used. In order to analyze the questionnaire data using structural equation modeling was performed. The results show that the dimensions of social capital, Social trust, networks and shared norms, mutual cooperation and harmony, had a significant positive relationship with organizational commitment and organizational commitment with two dimensions of factors of affecting organizational creativity (organizational climate and structure for innovation) had a significant positive relationship.

In recent decades, organizations have found that to achieve sustainable competitive advantage and effective human resources is of utmost importance. In a world where knowledge and communication with customers and clients increasingly become important, human capital that represents knowledge, technical skills, creativity, and experience of the organization is increasingly important; and it is considered not as costly but as productive assets. This study examines the impact of the organizational climate on human capital with social capital mediation. The present study is functional in terms of goal and descriptive- correlational in terms of performance, in which a questionnaire is employed to collect data. The subjects consisted of 400 employees of the service center of Hawza ʻilmiyya in Qom province (SCIS), which according to Morgan and simple random sampling, 196 samples were selected. The reliability and validity of the calculation of alpha, Composite reliability and Average variance extracted and validity of the questionnaire was evaluated and endorsed by professors and experts familiar with the issue. Partial Least Squares test study was conducted using Smart PLS software. The results showed that organizational climate has impact on social and human capital impact and social capital also affects the human capital.
