چکیده

جوامع برند و رسانه‌های اجتماعی اغلب باهم هم‌پوشانی دارند. رسانه‌های اجتماعی یک محیط ایده‌آل برای ایجاد جوامع برند است. جوامع برند آنلاین با استفاده از این رسانه‌های نوظهور، امکان تعامل مجازی هواداران و مشارکت را فراهم می‌کند که این مهم نیز بر ایجاد وفاداری به برند افراد تأثیر بسزایی خواهد داشت. ازلحاظ هدف پژوهش توصیفی، ازلحاظ استراتژی‌های پژوهش، پیمایشی و ازلحاظ شیوه‌های گردآوری داده‌ها پرسشنامه‌ای است. پژوهش حاضر در بین کاربران شبکه اجتماعی باشگاه ورزشی پرسپولیس انجام گرفت. تعداد 411 نفر با تکنیک در دسترس در این مطالعه شرکت کردند و پرسشنامه استاندارد پس از تأیید روایی و پایایی در اختیار آن‌ها قرار گرفت و پس از تکمیل، جهت تحلیل آماری از نرم‌افزار لیزرل 58/8 و SPSS 20‎ استفاده گردید. نتایج به‌دست‌آمده بیانگر آن است که چهار ویژگی جوامع برندی آنلاین «کیفیت سیستم، کیفیت اطلاعات، تعامل مجازی و پاداش» بر مشارکت افراد تأثیر مثبت دارد. در تحلیل میانجی‌گر مشخص شد؛ ویژگی‌های جامعه برند آنلاین از طریق مشارکت بر وفاداری به برند تأثیرگذار است. مدیران باشگاه ورزشی پرسپولیس باید با ارتقا ویژگی‌های جامعه برندی بر مشارکت هواداران خود بیفزایند و موجبات گفتگو و چانه‌زنی را در جوامع برندی آنلاین خود پدید آورد تا از این طریق بتواند هواداران را به برند خود وفادار کند.

Today, the concept of a brand online community is tied to social media. Social media is an ideal environment for creating brand communities. The online brand community, using these emerging media, enables virtual interaction of fans and engagement, which will also have a significant impact on building brand loyalty. In terms of the purpose of the research is descriptive, in terms of research strategies, descriptive-analytical and correlational and in terms of data collection methods is a questionnaire. The present study was conducted among the users of the social network of Persepolis Sports Club. A total of 411 people participated in this study with the available techniques and the standard questionnaire was provided to them after confirmation of validity and reliability and after completion, for statistical analysis, LISREL software 8.58 and SPSS 20 were used The results show that the four characteristics of the online community of the brand "system quality, information quality, virtual interaction and reward" have a positive effect on people's engagement. Mediator variable analysis showed; The characteristics of the online brand community affect the brand loyalty through engagement. The managers of Persepolis Sports Club should increase the engagement of their fans by promoting the characteristics of the online brand community and create dialogue and bargaining in their online brand communities. In this way, it can make fans loyal to its brand.
